Position Overview

As a Remote Animation Producer, you will oversee the production of animated content from concept through delivery. You will ensure projects stay on track creatively, logistically, and financially, while fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage the whole production cycle for multiple animation projects simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and budgets
• Ensure timely delivery of content that meets both technical and artistic standards

Team Collaboration

• Partner with creative directors, storyboard artists, animators, and editors to realize the project vision
• Facilitate regular team check-ins and ensure clear communication across departments.
• Source and onboard freelance animators, voice actors, and technical crew when needed

Operational Oversight

• Oversee vendor contracts, legal documentation, and production pipelines
• Resolve production challenges quickly, keeping creative integrity intact

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in animation production, with a strong understanding of 2D and 3D workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Prior success in remote project management or leading distributed teams
