Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and attract skilled professionals in animation, including storyboard artists, 3D modelers, character designers, and VFX specialists
• Partner with creative leads to understand specific talent needs across projects
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously in a remote environment.
• Conduct video interviews and assessments tailored to creative talent
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing platforms
• Collaborate with HR, production teams, and hiring managers to align talent with project timelines
• Communicate updates effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and track applicant metrics to improve recruitment efficiency

Essential Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, especially within animation, visual effects, or creative production
• Strong understanding of animation workflows, team roles, and how to evaluate portfolios and demo reels
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ArtStation, Behance, and industry-specific communities
• Exceptional planning capabilities with the ability to oversee several vacancies at once
• Clear and professional communicator across email, chat platforms, and video interviews
• Background in recruiting within fully remote or hybrid teams
• Skilled in reviewing creative submissions with a balanced, production-informed perspective

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, JazzHR, or Breezy
• Digital portfolio platforms (e.g., Dribbble, Behance, ArtStation)
