Key Responsibilities
System Administration and Optimization

Recruitment Support and Collaboration
- Collaborating directly with talent acquisition leads enables the customization of the ATS experience to meet their specific needs.
- Build custom workflows, dashboards, and integrations that streamline hiring efforts across departments.
- Troubleshoot ATS-related issues and provide frontline support and guidance to users.
Reporting and Data Accuracy
- Design and manage insightful recruitment reports and analytics dashboards.

Integrations and Vendor Coordination
