Key Responsibilities That Make Waves

Take charge of the auditory domain by performing duties that demand both creativity and precision:

Live and Pre-Recorded Audio Management

• Mix and level audio in real-time for virtual events and multimedia recordings.
• Balance vocals, music beds, and effects to create immersive audio environments.
• Set up and test digital audio chains remotely using cloud-based audio systems.

Technical Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and resolve audio sync issues, clipping, static, or channel failures on the spot.
• Collaborate with video editors and broadcast engineers to maintain AV alignment.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with creative leads and content coordinators to understand tone and creative direction.
• Provide detailed audio feedback and edits in post-production workflows.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct remote line checks and latency testing using tools like Dante, Cleanfeed, or Source-Connect.
• Maintain consistency across output formats (streaming, podcast, webinar, etc.).

• A quiet, acoustically treated workspace and high-quality monitoring setup
