Key Responsibilities

• Enter and post daily financial transactions accurately
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments
• Generate profit and loss statements and other financial summaries
• Support monthly and annual budget tracking
• Follow proper accounting procedures and internal controls
• Keep digital financial records organized and up to date
• Coordinate with accountants for quarterly and year-end filings
• Deliver routine and ad-hoc reports to leadership

Tools and Technologies Used

You’ll leverage industry-standard bookkeeping and productivity software to perform at your best. Proficiency with cloud-based systems is essential.

• QuickBooks Online or Xero for daily ledger maintenance

Required Qualifications and Experience
