Key Responsibilities and Impact Areas
Design, Deploy, and Elevate Cloud Solutions
- Develop and manage robust, scalable cloud platforms primarily on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Design resilient infrastructure leveraging IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines that ensure rapid, stable deployments and infrastructure updates.
Automate for Efficiency and Scale
- Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Leverage container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS) for efficient deployment.
- Streamline processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
Monitor, Optimize, and Maintain Performance
- Set up performance metrics and log analysis tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
- Conduct performance tuning, cost optimization, and incident analysis.
- Proactively resolve system bottlenecks and support failover planning.
Work Environment and Collaboration
This is a fully remote role that prioritizes performance, transparency, and collaboration. Our global DevOps and engineering teams work across time zones, connected through robust communication and automation tools. We promote asynchronous workflows powered by:
- Slack, Jira, and Confluence for cross-functional collaboration
- GitHub for version control and peer code reviews
- Miro and Lucidchart for real-time architectural planning
You’ll have the flexibility to operate remotely while playing a vital role in infrastructure that supports thousands of customers globally. We also foster a culture of curiosity, where engineers are encouraged to explore new tools and share innovations during team knowledge-sharing sessions and open demos.
