Key Responsibilities That Empower Impact
Core Development Tasks
- Develop and maintain custom CMS components using open-source and enterprise-level platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, accessibility specialists, and content strategists, to deliver inclusive digital experiences.
- Implement modular and scalable architectures that promote future enhancements without disrupting user flow.
Team Collaboration and Code Quality
- Facilitate collaborative code assessments and share development insights with peers in a respectful and supportive environment.
- Monitor website performance to ensure optimal speed, uptime, and SEO effectiveness.
- Support migrations, updates, and integration with third-party tools while adhering to best practices
- Stay current with evolving web standards, security trends, and content delivery innovations.
