Key Primary Duties
- Prepare, assess, and refine various contractual agreements, including vendor, client, service-level, and partnership contracts.
- Interpret and analyze contract clauses to identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with third parties while maintaining alignment with organizational interests.
- Ensure contracts meet all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Track contract performance and milestones using digital contract management systems.
- Support procurement processes by managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and stakeholders to resolve contract disputes or modifications.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure proper version control of documents.
- Provide training or support to teams on contract compliance, renewals, and obligations.

Required Qualifications
