About the Role

We’re seeking a meticulous, thoughtful Contract Specialist who can navigate contract lifecycles with both sharp analytical skills and heart-led communication. This fully remote opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to support projects that directly impact diverse communities, teams, and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and subcontractor terms.
• Interpret and explain complex legal language in a clear and accessible way to internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms while advocating for ethical, inclusive practices and fair outcomes.
• Ensure contracts are compliant with internal policies, procurement regulations, and governing laws.
• Track contract milestones, deliverables, and renewals using digital contract management systems.
• Coordinate across departments to gather input, clarify expectations, and finalize agreements.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of contract activities and changes.
• Identify risk factors and propose proactive solutions that protect the organization.
