Your contributions will be respected and your voice will be heard—regardless of your location, background, or title. We prioritize mental health, mutual respect, and authentic collaboration. Our diverse team spans continents and cultures, united by shared values of empathy, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of equity. Whether you’re brainstorming risk scenarios or offering emotional first aid guidance, you’ll be part of a supportive, thoughtful environment that prioritizes people over protocols.

You don’t need to have all the answers on day one, but you should have a deep commitment to growth, learning, and compassion. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Prior experience in crisis management, emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, or employee relations
  • Familiarity with remote team dynamics and digital-first response methods
  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and inclusive workplace approaches
  • Strong written and spoken communication abilities, enabling you to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Critical thinking and adaptability, with a calm, steady presence under pressure
  • A strong ethical compass and a collaborative spirit

This position allows you to grow into a thought leader within the field of organizational resilience. You’ll collaborate with professionals who value your insights and celebrate your perspective. Opportunities for advancement include moving into leadership positions within the crisis strategy team or pivoting into broader roles in organizational health, employee advocacy, or global risk management. We invest in your development through ongoing learning, peer mentoring, and access to specialized certifications and workshops.

We believe that people should be treated equitably and empowered regardless of their race, gender identity, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or socioeconomic background. Our crisis management framework is rooted in diversity, respect, and inclusive dialogue. We understand that resilience is not one-size-fits-all, and we are committed to elevating perspectives that have historically been underrepresented. We warmly welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, and we welcome your lived experiences as assets, not outliers.
