๐งฐ Role Overview: What Youโll Be Doing
๐ Guiding Customers to Success
- Lead clients through their onboarding journey like a pro tour guide with a map and a megaphone of empathy
- Help users discover "aha!" moments that make them fall in love with our platform quickly and enthusiastically
๐ป Solving Puzzles (aka Support)
- Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and virtual high-fives โ because weโre friendly like that
- Troubleshoot issues and connect the dots faster than a logic-driven customer experience professional on espresso

- Advocate for users with feedback and feature suggestions that matter
