What You’ll Do Each Day

Who Succeeds in This Role

• You’ve worked as a cybersecurity analyst, security specialist, or similar role and know what’s required to keep systems safe.
• Firm grasp of network security, risk reduction, and data privacy
• Confident using tools for event monitoring, endpoint protection, and spotting vulnerabilities
• Understand cloud security and have familiarity with privacy laws such as GDPR
• Excellent at thinking critically and explaining your findings clearly to others—both tech experts and those less familiar with security
• You’re organized, manage your workload, and can thrive without direct supervision
• Always interested in learning about new threats, technologies, and industry certifications

Preferred Experience

• Experience or education in areas like computer science, IT, cybersecurity, or another related specialty
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar
• Experience helping distributed or remote-first teams
• Familiar with European compliance requirements—GDPR, NIS2, or other privacy regulations
• Track record of staying calm and professional during critical security incidents
