About the Position

Key Responsibilities
Research Strategy & Execution
- Define research goals in collaboration with product designers, UX strategists, and developers.
- Design and conduct exploratory, generative, and evaluative user research.
- Choose appropriate methods, including field studies, ethnographic research, usability testing, and diary studies.
- Synthesize findings to uncover meaningful insights and share narratives that guide strategic direction.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate user-centered research into the product roadmap.
- Present research findings to stakeholders with clarity and storytelling finesse.
- Facilitate workshops to communicate results and help teams turn insights into design opportunities.
- Build frameworks that bring user personas, customer journeys, and experience maps to life.
