Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and sustain inclusion programs that energize remote teams
• Audit and reshape current policies to align with global equity standards
• Consult with leadership to implement diverse hiring strategies
• Foster learning and development sessions that drive authentic allyship
• Evaluate metrics and inclusion KPIs to track progress and improve initiatives
• Champion accessible, cross-cultural communication practices
• Guide ERGs with strategic support and leadership mentoring
• Respond to emerging needs across teams by crafting personalized D&I plans

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven success leading diversity and inclusion efforts in distributed or hybrid environments
• Firm grasp of intersectionality, equity frameworks, and inclusive language
• Experience crafting measurable strategies and facilitating culture change
• Empathy-driven approach and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Excellent storytelling capabilities with a touch of wit and warmth
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and global leadership
• Familiarity with human-centered design thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (master’s preferred, but not essential)
