Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Management

  • Develop and oversee e-commerce strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • Optimize digital sales funnels through continuous A/B testing, multivariate testing, and predictive modeling.
  • Lead seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase revenue and customer lifetime value.

Marketplace Operations

  • Manage performance across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and WooCommerce.
  • Analyze consumer behavior trends and inventory performance to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistics, returns, and fulfillment workflows with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure prompt service delivery.

UX Optimization

  • Continuously refine website UI/UX using heatmaps, user session recordings, and behavior analytics tools.
  • Prioritize mobile responsiveness and accessibility to ensure seamless shopping experiences across all devices.
  • Implement enhancements to the checkout process to improve abandonment rates and increase conversions.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Use analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Looker Studio to assess KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Track and report on metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Drive improvements based on conversion funnels, click-through rates, bounce rates, and user journey insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, content, and SEO teams to ensure alignment in messaging and search strategy.
  • Liaise with customer support to implement feedback loops that inform product pages and content.
  • Align with finance to manage budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis for campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in digital retail management or e-commerce operations
  • Proven success in leading online sales growth and campaign execution

  • Strong command of web analytics, digital marketing, and inventory flow modeling
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles and algorithmic changes that affect online visibility
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel e-commerce platforms
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a remote-first environment
