Key Responsibilities and Expectations

Daily and Strategic Functions

  • Lead the day-to-day management of online store operations across Shopify and other platforms.
  • Analyze traffic, conversion, and bounce metrics to refine the e-commerce experience.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to A/B test landing pages, email flows, and product placements.

Campaign and Content Support

  • Assist in curating digital content, writing product descriptions, and tagging items with SEO-rich terminology.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and holiday promotions through thoughtful planning and scheduling.

Operational Coordination

  • Liaise with logistics and fulfillment partners to improve the post-checkout experience.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with procurement for restocking
  • Monitor competitor behavior and emerging trends in global online retail
