About the Role

We are seeking a Remote EHR Integration Pharmacist who is committed to enhancing healthcare outcomes via technology. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to design and implement medication-related EHR functionalities
• Configure EHR modules for medication reconciliation, e-prescribing, and drug interaction alerts
• Conduct system testing and validation of pharmacy-related builds
• Translate clinical pharmacy workflows into digital formats within the EHR system
• Monitor post-implementation performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Participate in the development and enforcement of formulary compliance tools
• Troubleshoot medication ordering and administration issues within EHR environments
• Provide education to providers and pharmacy staff on new EHR functionalities

What You’ll Bring

• Current pharmacist license in good standing in any U.S. state
• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year involving EHR integration or pharmacy informatics
• Strong understanding of medication therapy management and digital health platforms
• Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar EHR systems
• Comfortable analyzing medication utilization data and implementing automation strategies
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and technical writing skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to bridge clinical and technical teams

• Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS)
