What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Leadership

• Direct and oversee remote and physical facility operations, ensuring continuous service, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness across multiple sites and digital environments.
• Design and implement forward-thinking initiatives that support company goals while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.

Facilities Oversight

• Manage property contracts, vendor relationships, equipment procurement, and space planning remotely.
• Implement predictive maintenance schedules and response procedures using cloud-based facility management platforms.

Virtual Infrastructure

• Maintain digital tools for workspace reservations, asset tracking, and environment monitoring.
• Foster hybrid systems that integrate coworking options, home offices, and occasional physical meet-up points.

Budget and Reporting

• Monitor annual budgets, generate monthly reports, and optimize resource allocation.
• Create metrics dashboards for facility performance and improvement, leveraging tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with HR, IT, and Legal to support employee lifecycle needs from onboarding to offboarding.
• Guide cross-functional teams to execute facility projects, from ergonomic home office upgrades to green initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing facilities operations, preferably in hybrid or remote-first organizations
• Strong knowledge of digital infrastructure for remote facilities support
• Familiarity with OSHA, ISO standards, and building codes, with a knack for compliance in multiple jurisdictions
• Proficiency in remote collaboration and project management software

Compensation

Annual Salary: $74,526
