Key Responsibilities

Grant Writing and Proposal Development

  • Draft clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals tailored to specific funders
  • Align proposals with the organization's mission and strategic priorities
  • Edit and revise drafts based on team feedback
  • Write letters of inquiry, progress reports, and outcome summaries

Research and Prospecting

  • Identify new grant opportunities using public and private databases
  • Evaluate eligibility and alignment for foundation, government, and corporate funding sources
  • Maintain an organized calendar of deadlines and application cycles

Relationship Building and Stewardship

  • Support ongoing relationships with existing funders through timely updates

Reporting and Documentation
