About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

• 🎤 Lead grassroots campaigns to engage and activate supporters across diverse communities
• 🤝 Build and nurture relationships with local organizers, community leaders, and volunteers
• 📝 Craft compelling messaging that resonates with various demographics, ensuring inclusive communication
• 📣 Organize digital events, town halls, and virtual forums to amplify community voices
• 📊 Track metrics and generate reports on campaign reach and engagement
• 🧑‍💻 Collaborate with advocacy teams to align grassroots strategies with organizational goals
• 📆 Coordinate schedules, action plans, and campaign milestones for multiple concurrent initiatives

• 🌐 Comfortable using platforms like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
• 🌍 Deep understanding of social justice issues, advocacy, and movement building
