Your Day-to-Day: Creative Meets Clinical

💼 Design and Manage Evidence-Based Formularies

• Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to develop and refine drug formularies that support both efficacy and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct therapeutic class reviews and create drug utilization strategies that align with regulatory compliance and member outcomes.

🔍 Leverage Data for Smarter Decisions

• Use population health analytics and clinical data to assess prescribing patterns, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and generate insights that improve plan performance.
• Help forecast medication costs and trends to guide budgeting and strategic decisions.

🛰 Communicate with Purpose

• Participate in member-facing initiatives such as medication therapy management (MTM), and help improve adherence through proactive outreach and education.
• Serve as a key liaison between pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), physicians, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

🚀 Pioneer Innovative Clinical Projects

• Spearhead special initiatives, like digital tools that assist with prior authorizations, mobile medication reminders, or AI-powered adherence programs.

🔑 Licensing & Experience

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
