Key Responsibilities
Innovative Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to define position needs, team dynamics, and role expectations.
- Align recruiting strategies with long-term organizational planning using talent intelligence.
- Establish performance benchmarks by leveraging data insights, such as average time-to-fill and source quality.
Digital Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Identify potential candidates using AI-enabled search engines, Boolean techniques, and niche networks.
- Engage talent on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList, Stack Overflow, and others.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using CRM-integrated applicant tracking solutions.
End-to-End Virtual Recruitment
- Schedule and manage interviews across global time zones using platforms like Zoom and Calendly.
- Incorporate digital assessments from platforms like Vervoe or TestGorilla to streamline decision-making.
- Collect structured feedback and compile candidate profiles for data-informed evaluations.
Employer Branding & Engagement
- Enhance candidate communications using branded visuals and dynamic templates.
- Share stories about our distributed work culture and innovation-centric environment on social platforms.
- Ensure inclusive hiring through equitable practices and the mitigation of unconscious bias.

Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in tech-forward or remote-first companies
- Demonstrated experience with sourcing tools and recruitment analytics platforms
- Comfort with ATS, recruitment CRMs, and hiring automation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting in SaaS, startup, or digital service sectors
- Familiarity with compliance standards in hiring (EEOC, GDPR, etc.)
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter
