What You’ll Do
- Recruiting with Personality: Attract and engage remote talent all across Europe, using online platforms and creative strategies that set us apart.
- Personalized Employee Journeys: Guide team members through every stage—from their first hello to new career adventures—with thoughtful onboarding, support, and career planning.
- Championing Feedback & Growth: Launch fun, interactive feedback cycles and learning programs, helping people and teams grow with every project.
- Innovative Use of HR Tech: Manage our HRIS tools and digital workflows, making sure our systems are smooth and intuitive and support data-driven decisions.
- Curating Team Spirit: Run digital events and culture-building initiatives—from fitness challenges to creative brainstorms—that help our diverse team feel truly connected.
- Guardian of Fairness: Guide the team through European work standards and data privacy (GDPR), ensuring everyone on our team feels safe, respected, and valued, regardless of their location.
🚀 What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience working in HR (generalist or specialist), people operations, or talent management—especially for remote or hybrid teams
- You know how to recruit creatively and understand what attracts remote-first talent
- You’ve worked with HRIS tools, helped onboard remote employees, and understand how to handle private information across borders
- You care about fair, inclusive hiring and love finding new ways to engage people
- You explain even complex HR ideas in a warm, clear, and simple way, both in writing and conversation
- You bring a creative spark to every project, always looking for a better or more engaging way
- You’re familiar with EU employment guidelines and GDPR and know what it takes to keep things running smoothly
- You’re fluent in English (other European languages are a bonus!)
