Key Responsibilities
Champion Employee Support
- Offer compassionate assistance to team members regarding HR policies, wellness programs, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality while addressing sensitive employee matters.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate inclusive hiring processes with a focus on attracting diverse talent.
- Design engaging, equitable onboarding experiences that set new employees up for long-term success.
Benefits & Compliance
- Administer employee benefits with clarity and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across jurisdictions, staying up-to-date on evolving employment regulations.
Culture & Development
