Key Responsibilities

Champion Employee Support

• Offer compassionate assistance to team members regarding HR policies, wellness programs, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality while addressing sensitive employee matters.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate inclusive hiring processes with a focus on attracting diverse talent.
• Design engaging, equitable onboarding experiences that set new employees up for long-term success.

Benefits & Compliance

• Administer employee benefits with clarity and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across jurisdictions, staying up-to-date on evolving employment regulations.
