Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current HR practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Transformation Initiatives:
- Lead the design and execution of HR transformation projects, including process reengineering, technology integration, and cultural change initiatives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with department heads and team leaders to understand their HR needs and challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder buy-in for transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on transformation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading HR change initiatives in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Skills:
