Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and optimize our Human Resource Information platforms to ensure they remain dependable, protected, and accessible to everyone, wherever they are, and can be easily accessed from anywhere.
  • Lead creative projects to streamline employee lifecycle processes—including remote onboarding, digital self-service, performance management, and leave tracking.
  • Translate HR and business needs into innovative workflows that are simple, reliable, and scalable.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations that turn workforce data into actionable insights for leadership and people managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and ensure we comply with all relevant workplace requirements, including local, national, and global regulations, regardless of our team's location.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system issues, upgrades, and integrations with other SaaS platforms, including payroll, benefits, and time-tracking tools.
