What You’ll Tackle

  • Turn sketches, site notes, and engineering input into clear, complete CAD drawings—using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or the latest digital drafting tools.
  • Double-check layouts to ensure every HVAC system meets code requirements, project specifications, and current energy and airflow standards.
  • Respond quickly to comments and suggestions, updating drawings so teams on the ground always have the latest version.
  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and project managers online using shared drives, chat, and video calls.
  • Keep digital files neat—organizing versions, marked-up plans, and approvals for easy access by others.
  • Adjust airflow diagrams, duct runs, and equipment lists so projects deliver real-world results, not just good ideas on paper.
  • Support the team's efforts in system sizing, load calculations, and technical research whenever your input can expedite the process or provide clarity.
  • Participate in remote project meetings to help resolve issues and ensure designs align with the real needs of clients.
