🏡 Role Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
📅 Design & Develop Learning Content
- ✨ Develop interactive eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning paths for diverse audiences.
- ✏️ Write engaging scripts, quizzes, and learning materials that reflect real-world relevance and inclusive language.
- 🌐 Design with accessibility top of mind—adhering to WCAG guidelines and universal design for learning principles.
- 🧪 Conduct usability testing to ensure content resonates with and supports learners of all backgrounds.
🤗 Collaborate Across Teams
- 🪪 Partner with instructional collaborators and experts to ensure content is technically accurate and educationally impactful.
- 🤝 Join agile project teams to co-create and iterate learning experiences with peers and managers.
- 🥊 Champion a collaborative, feedback-friendly environment where ideas from everyone are welcomed and valued.
🔄 Evaluate & Improve Learning Materials
- 🔄 Gather learner feedback and performance metrics to refine course effectiveness.
- ⚖️ Leverage instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels to guide revisions.
- 🎯 Use learning analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-informed enhancements.
👨🎓 Required Qualifications
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or a related field.
- 📈 Minimum of 3 years of experience creating remote or online instructional materials.
- 🌐 Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
- 🌎 Experience working with global teams and designing for multicultural audiences.
- 🔌 Deep understanding of accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and experience designing for learners with disabilities.
- 🧱 Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities with a keen eye for deadlines.
- 🖥️ Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard is a plus.
