Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop digital learning solutions using instructional best practices
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Partner with internal experts to convert complex subject matter into easy-to-follow instructional content
- Develop evaluation strategies and feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training.

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as an instructional designer, learning experience designer, or digital curriculum developer
- Strong grasp of adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and online pedagogy
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Rise 360
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Canvas, or TalentLMS
- Familiarity with microlearning, gamification strategies, and scenario-based learning
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for tweaking digital course content (preferred, not required)
- Experience with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Asana
