Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Learning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our learning programs. Your analytical skills will help us assess learning needs, evaluate training programs, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Needs Assessment:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
    • Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights on learner requirements.
    • Analyze data to determine skill gaps and areas for improvement in existing training programs.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data related to learning program effectiveness, participant engagement, and knowledge retention.
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into learning metrics.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
  3. Program Evaluation:
    • Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives, including pre-and post-assessments, feedback surveys, and observational studies.
    • Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to refine training materials based on evaluation results.
    • Monitor and track the progress of learning initiatives and suggest improvements as needed.
  4. Learning Technology:
    • Support the implementation and management of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
    • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to learning platforms and provide user support.
    • Stay current with emerging trends in learning technology to recommend enhancements.
  5. Content Development:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning content that meets organizational objectives.
    • Ensure that learning materials are aligned with best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design.
    • Review and edit learning resources to ensure clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and department leaders, to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business goals.
    • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
    • Act as a liaison between learners and leadership to communicate program updates and gather participant feedback.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep learning programs relevant and effective.
    • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to learning analytics and instructional design.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging feedback and collaboration within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training analysis, or instructional design.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
