Role Overview

As a Remote Learning Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our digital learning programs. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating course content, ensuring seamless functionality, and verifying compliance with accessibility standards. Your expertise will enhance the learning experience for a diverse audience, ensuring all content is clear, engaging, and error-free.

Key Areas of Focus

• Course Review & Assessment – Evaluate instructional materials for accuracy, engagement, and effectiveness.
• Technical Quality Assurance – Identify and resolve course functionality and user experience issues.
• Accessibility Compliance – Ensure all course content adheres to WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 guidelines.
• Content Enhancement – Recommend improvements to optimize digital learning experiences.
• Team Collaboration: To enhance course quality, Work closely with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Conduct comprehensive reviews of e-learning courses and digital resources
✅ Assess instructional effectiveness and ensure learning objectives align with content
✅ Identify and correct inconsistencies in assessments, materials, and multimedia elements
✅ Maintain compliance with accessibility standards to create an inclusive learning environment
✅ Perform testing to detect and resolve technical issues in digital learning platforms
✅ Establish and update quality assurance checklists and best practices
✅ Offer constructive feedback to instructional designers and course creators
✅ Collect and analyze learner feedback to improve course design and effectiveness
✅ Stay informed on emerging trends and advancements in digital education
✅ Assist in developing training materials for maintaining quality assurance standards
✅ Keep detailed records of quality assessments, feedback, and implemented improvements

What You Bring

🎯 Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline
• Experience in e-learning quality assurance, instructional design, or course development
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI compliance standards
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their role in enhancing digital learning
