The Role's Core Mission
As a Remote Multimedia Producer, you will be the architect behind impactful digital content. From conceptualization to post-production, your goal will be to produce cohesive multimedia assets that inform, entertain, and inspire. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, developers, and UX designers to deliver visuals aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling video, audio, and animated content tailored for web, social, and internal communications.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, including scripting, shooting, editing, and mastering.
- Translate creative briefs into multimedia deliverables that support campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain content calendars and production schedules to ensure all deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Optimize content for various formats (MP4, MOV, GIF, HTML5, etc.) and channels (YouTube, Vimeo, CMS platforms)
- Collaborate with marketing to produce performance-driven content and iterate based on analytics.
- Integrate motion design elements, visual enhancements, and creative assets with advanced editing platforms such as After Effects and Final Cut Studio.
- Ensure brand consistency across all multimedia outputs

Skills and Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Digital Arts, or a related field
- 4+ years of multimedia production experience, preferably in a digital-first environment
- Mastery of video editing, animation, and motion design
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling skills through video, animation, and/or audio formats
- Proficiency in compressing and exporting media for web-based consumption
- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced teams with shifting priorities
Preferred:
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software like Blender or Cinema 4D
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and conversion-driven design
- Experience with content localization and captioning tools
- Certification in digital production or post-production is a plus
