Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design Leadership

  • Conduct user research and testing to gain valuable insights into how listeners engage with features in diverse listening environments.
  • Translate data insights into functional wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all touchpoints of the app.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide UX insights during sprint planning and actively contribute to agile development cycles.

Visual and Interaction Design

  • Design elegant, responsive UI systems that enhance the music discovery journey.

Innovation & Feedback Loops

Required Qualifications

Professional Background

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing interfaces for consumer-facing digital products, preferably in mobile or entertainment apps.
  • Proven portfolio of design work showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual outcomes.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction psychology.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
  • Experience with motion design or audio-centric interface design is highly desirable.
