Key Responsibilities

Composition and Arrangement

• Compose original music across genres, including pop, cinematic, electronic, hip hop, and ambient.
• Arrange instrumental and vocal elements that blend storytelling with immersive sound design.
• Collaborate with vocalists and instrumentalists to capture authentic performances remotely.

Sound Design and Production

• Design innovative sonic textures that complement various media applications (film, podcasting, streaming, games)
• Oversee audio engineering workflows, including mixing, mastering, and effects processing.
• Maintain artistic and technical quality from demo to final cut

Collaboration and Direction

• Coordinate with artists, content creators, and directors to align music with visual and thematic objectives.
• Deliver consistent communication during iterative revisions, keeping the creative vision intact.
• Lead virtual production sessions and feedback loops through modern collaborative tools.

• Audio Libraries and Plug-ins: Native Instruments Komplete, Waves, Omnisphere, iZotope, Serum, and Soundtoys
• Cloud Storage and Workflow Tools: Dropbox, Asana, and Trello

Skills and Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience as a music producer with a portfolio of released work
• Proficiency in DAWs and audio plug-ins across different platforms
• Strong understanding of mixing, mastering, and vocal processing
• Ability to produce high-quality music from concept to completion in a remote setting
• Strong communication skills and openness to creative feedback

Preferred

• Background in sound design or scoring for visual media
• Familiarity with sync licensing, publishing rights, or digital distribution platforms
• Experience producing for virtual concerts, AR/VR applications, or games
• Exposure to multicultural or genre-fusing projects
