What You’ll Do — Your Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and optimize NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Couchbase, and others) to ensure top performance, reliability, and security for distributed systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and operations teams to craft and deploy database solutions specifically shaped by unique business requirements.
• Guide teams through complex data migrations and scaling initiatives, offering technical leadership and practical solutions.
• Establish robust backup, restore, and disaster recovery protocols to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues, diagnose root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing resources to empower every team member, ensuring they feel informed and included.
