About Our Digital Learning Environment

A Vision That Puts Learners First

We believe that learning should be accessible to everyone and should feel both practical and exciting. Our goal is to help people achieve their career goals, follow their curiosity, and continue learning as their lives evolve. In the past year, more than 350,000 learners from 42 countries have joined our programs, with completion rates increasing by over 20%. Every course we launch begins with what students truly need, combining innovative technology, real-world feedback, and hands-on topics that matter in today’s world.

Using Technology to Make a Difference

We’re always looking for better ways to connect with learners. Our toolbox includes learning management systems like Moodle and Canvas, as well as interactive platforms such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate, and cloud-based apps for video editing and progress tracking. Real-time data helps us see what’s working and adjust as we go. We make lessons accessible on all devices, and we utilize teamwork tools to streamline the process of building courses for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities for This Remote Role

Research and Build Relevant Curriculum

You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of what learners want by researching trends, asking questions, and checking course data. Your day-to-day tasks include mapping out lessons, setting clear goals, and breaking down material into manageable pieces that are easy to follow. By observing how the field evolves, you’ll create content that feels fresh, useful, and closely aligned with real-world skills.

Design Engaging and Accessible Content

You’ll bring lessons to life by writing scripts, creating interactive videos, and building hands-on assessments. Platforms like Camtasia and Vyond help turn your ideas into eye-catching, practical learning experiences. You’ll use stories, scenarios, and real problems to help people learn, always focusing on making every lesson approachable and relevant. Whether it’s a short quiz or a deep-dive module, you’ll think about the learner’s experience from start to finish.

Work Together and Manage Projects

Collaboration is part of the process here. You’ll team up with experts, designers, and technologists to ensure every detail is perfect. You’ll handle scheduling, review cycles, and changes in direction with flexibility and good communication. Team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and regular check-ins help everyone stay connected and bring new ideas to the table.

Use Data to Improve and Make Learning Inclusive

You’ll monitor feedback and analytics, testing new approaches and making updates to optimize results. Accessibility matters, so you’ll ensure every learner can participate, following guidelines such as WCAG and Section 508. Every update you make will be based on what you learn from students, providing the experience improves over time for all types of users.

Essential Tech Skills and Tools

Authoring and Delivery Platforms

Familiarity with tools like Moodle and Canvas is essential, along with a solid understanding of SCORM or xAPI, so your courses are compatible across various platforms. Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate experiences help you turn ideas into interactive content quickly.

Content Creation and Analysis

You’ll need to know your way around multimedia creation, whether that’s making a video or putting together a simple animation. If you’ve worked with analytics, workflow automation, or cloud apps, you’ll have a head start. Visualizing what learners achieve helps you make more informed decisions and demonstrate a greater impact.

Communication and Teamwork Tools

Day-to-day, you’ll connect with your team on Slack, share ideas on Miro, and check in over Zoom. Project management apps keep things moving and help you stay organized, even across time zones.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background

Perhaps your background includes time spent studying how people learn, developing courses, or exploring new technologies, encompassing a range of fields from education and instructional design to digital media. However, what truly sets you apart is your natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt to new ideas as they continually evolve. If you’re always exploring new ways to teach or new technologies, you’ll fit right in with our culture.

Your Professional Experience

Three years of experience creating online courses or digital learning material is expected. You should be able to break down tricky topics, organize them clearly, and explain them simply for remote learners. If you’ve worked in a remote or flexible team before, you’ll be able to jump in and get to work right away.

Your Strengths and Approach

If you’re creative and organized, and you enjoy turning ideas into engaging lessons, this role is for you. Managing different projects, listening to feedback, and striking a balance between innovation and clarity are all key. We appreciate individuals who bring a human touch and curiosity to their work, always striving for the best learning outcomes.

Life and Growth on Our Team

A Culture Built on Openness and Support

You’ll join a team that’s spread out across the world but closely connected through regular video chats, shared documents, and a spirit of collaboration. We encourage everyone to share ideas, try new things, and keep learning together. If you ever hit a snag or want to bounce around an idea, ask—there’s always someone willing to listen or lend a hand. This is a place where sharing and learning together is a given.

Opportunities to Develop Your Skills

We’re constantly introducing new tools and providing opportunities for you to grow—think hands-on sessions, chances to experiment, and support for exploring your next career interests. If you want to lead projects, mentor others, or pilot new technologies, you’ll find plenty of ways to do that here. Success is recognized and celebrated, whether it’s a new course launch or a breakthrough in learner engagement.

How Success is Measured

Seeing Your Impact and Earning Recognition

You’ll know you’re making a difference when your courses inspire positive feedback, drive strong completion rates, and help people apply new skills. Courses that stand out or become examples for others will be highlighted, and your peers will recognize your work.

Never Stop Improving

We rely on student feedback and data to inform our next steps. Your willingness to tweak, test, and evolve course content is key. With every update, you’ll help set a new standard for digital learning and make sure each course is better than the last.
