Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Education

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, process design, or business systems consulting (remote experience strongly preferred).
• Undergraduate degree in business studies, operational leadership, or a comparable academic field. A master's degree or certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile Methodologies is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Adept at identifying process bottlenecks and resolving them using logic, systems thinking, and user feedback.
