🏆 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, coaching, human resources, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance coaching, executive coaching, or personal development.
  • Proven experience in improving individual and team performance in a remote setting.
  • Certifications in coaching methodologies such as ICF, NLP, or equivalent are a decisive advantage.
