Key Responsibilities

Clinical Strategy and Oversight

• Develop and manage benefit designs for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid pharmacy plans.

• Conduct strategic utilization reviews to ensure clinically sound, cost-efficient medication use.

Formulary Innovation

• Stay informed on FDA updates, market dynamics, and medication pipelines to refine formulary structures.
• Contribute clinical recommendations in Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee settings.
• Participate in building interactive formulary platforms and decision-support tools.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Facilitate meaningful discussions with providers about benefit design and therapeutic changes.
• Present clinical findings and pharmacy insights to senior leaders across departments.
