- Lead process mapping sessions using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Microsoft Visio to visualize transformation opportunities
Change Enablement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design practical, employee-friendly implementation plans
- Facilitate engaging training sessions that make new workflows feel intuitive, not intimidating
- Create clear documentation and SOPs that scale across departments and regions
Continuous Improvement Architecture
- Introduce lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or agile process management techniques
- Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track outcomes
