• Lead process mapping sessions using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Microsoft Visio to visualize transformation opportunities

Change Enablement

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design practical, employee-friendly implementation plans
• Facilitate engaging training sessions that make new workflows feel intuitive, not intimidating
• Create clear documentation and SOPs that scale across departments and regions

Continuous Improvement Architecture

• Introduce lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or agile process management techniques
