🔹 Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

🔘 Design comprehensive test scenarios and maintain detailed test documentation that ensures every product functionality is reviewed before release.
🔘 Carefully analyze product requirements and user stories to validate completeness, clarity, and testability.
🔘 Conduct manual and automated evaluations, including but not limited to usability, performance, cross-browser compatibility, regression, and integration tests.
🔘 Consistently identify, record, and monitor bugs in a structured and repeatable way, using best practices in defect tracking.
🔘 Attend team meetings such as stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to contribute to testing strategies and prioritize testing tasks.
🔘 Proactively observe system behavior and application flow to uncover hidden issues that could impact user experience.
🔘 Create data-driven QA reports and contribute feedback during retrospectives to strengthen ongoing testing frameworks.
🔘 Propose practical ideas for improving current QA practices, contributing to continuous quality enhancements across teams.

Required Qualifications

🔘 A degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any related computer science discipline.
🔘 At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in quality control or test analyst roles.
🔘 Demonstrated knowledge in creating test documentation, tracking issues, and validating user acceptance criteria.
🔘 Familiarity with QA workflows across various SDLC models, including Agile and Waterfall.
🔘 Experience testing mobile and web applications, ensuring responsive performance across platforms and devices.

Preferred Skills

🔘 Practical experience with tools like Cypress, Playwright, or other popular test automation frameworks.
🔘 Experience working with REST APIs, using tools like Postman for backend validation.
🔘 Comfort working in agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story estimation.
🔘 Working understanding of code logic and automation scripting in languages such as JavaScript or Python.
