  • Lead Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher services with precision
  • Handle intake, documentation, eligibility, and recertification tasks remotely

Waitlist and Inspections

  • Track and manage waitlist movement
  • Coordinate virtual inspections with property owners and resolve issues

Policy Compliance and Regulatory Oversight

Adherence and Reporting

  • Ensure operations align with HUD and state regulations
  • Submit timely compliance reports and performance metrics

Policy Updates
