Core Responsibilities
Administration of Housing Programs
Program Operations
- Lead Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher services with precision
- Handle intake, documentation, eligibility, and recertification tasks remotely
Waitlist and Inspections
- Track and manage waitlist movement
- Coordinate virtual inspections with property owners and resolve issues
Policy Compliance and Regulatory Oversight
Adherence and Reporting
- Ensure operations align with HUD and state regulations
- Submit timely compliance reports and performance metrics
Policy Updates
- Monitor new federal guidance and swiftly implement procedural changes
Communication with Stakeholders
Tenant and Landlord Relations
- Maintain open, professional communication with applicants and property managers

Program Education
