Content Creation & Curation
- Write engaging copy optimized for each platform, with strong attention to visual storytelling and user interaction.
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, and brand managers to execute platform-native visuals.
- Use tech-enabled content planning tools such as Notion, Airtable, or Planoly.
Community Management
- Cultivate and manage online communities, fostering brand loyalty and trust
- Promptly respond to messages, mentions, and comments using sentiment analysis and engagement metrics

Paid Campaign Oversight
- Partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid strategies
