Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential candidates to fill various positions across the organization. As a Remote Sourcing Specialist, you will leverage innovative sourcing techniques, utilize technology, and collaborate with hiring managers to create a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify passive candidates.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with information about the company and the roles available.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the sourcing process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and the ideal candidate profile.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop sourcing strategies that align with overall recruitment goals.
- Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to assess candidatesโ qualifications and fit for the roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Collect and document candidate feedback from interviews and facilitate post-interview discussions.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing effectiveness, candidate quality, and overall progress.
- Identify areas for improvement in the sourcing process and propose actionable solutions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sourcing skills and knowledge.
- Share insights and contribute to team discussions on improving recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Proven experience using various sourcing tools and platforms to identify candidates.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
