Key Responsibilities

Strategic Environmental Guidance

  • Develop tailored sustainability strategies for organizations across industries with measurable ecological and social impact.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations, supply chains, and carbon footprints.
  • Recommend realistic and practical carbon reduction and energy-efficiency roadmaps.

Project Leadership and Implementation

  • Lead diverse teams to execute sustainability action plans aligned with both client goals and global standards.
  • Support the integration of circular economy principles and green design thinking into client projects.
  • Oversee sustainability reporting aligned with frameworks such as GRI, CDP, or SASB.

Client Engagement and Collaboration

  • Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions to upskill client teams on sustainability best practices.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships through transparent communication and consistent support.
  • Translate complex sustainability data into accessible, engaging insights that inspire decision-making.

Advocacy and Policy Awareness

  • Stay informed on regional and international sustainability legislation, trends, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate sustainability, environmental consultancy, or climate-related advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle assessment, greenhouse gas reporting, and renewable energy frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze complex environmental data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills demonstrated through an empathetic and accessible tone.
  • Passion for environmental justice, equity, and equal opportunity in workplace sustainability initiatives.

Preferred Attributes

  • Certifications such as LEED AP, ISSP-SA, or GHG Inventory Quantifier are advantageous.
  • Background in social impact consulting, behavioral science, or environmental economics.
