Core Responsibilities
Overseeing Project Integration Lifecycles
- Manage end-to-end delivery of system integration projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders across IT, operations, finance, and product development.
Facilitating Seamless System Compatibility
- Coordinate integration between SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and proprietary systems.
- Guide the development of APIs, middleware configurations, and data mapping strategies.
Enhancing Cross-Team Collaboration
- Foster a culture of teamwork and respect where feedback is welcomed and differences are seen as strengths.
- Conduct inclusive stand-ups and retrospectives that encourage all voices to be heard.
Risk Mitigation and Change Management
- Lead change impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in systems integration or IT project management
- Solid grasp of enterprise architecture and cloud-based infrastructures
- Demonstrated experience leading remote integration teams
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong understanding of data flows, system interoperability, and third-party API integration
Preferred:
- Certification in PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master
- Experience with DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to cybersecurity principles in integration planning
