Annual Salary: $102,682

Core Responsibilities

Overseeing Project Integration Lifecycles

• Manage end-to-end delivery of system integration projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Serve as the point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders across IT, operations, finance, and product development.

Facilitating Seamless System Compatibility

• Coordinate integration between SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and proprietary systems.
• Guide the development of APIs, middleware configurations, and data mapping strategies.

Enhancing Cross-Team Collaboration

• Foster a culture of teamwork and respect where feedback is welcomed and differences are seen as strengths.
• Conduct inclusive stand-ups and retrospectives that encourage all voices to be heard.

Risk Mitigation and Change Management

• Lead change impact assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Develop robust contingency plans that align with evolving business needs and technology updates.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in systems integration or IT project management
• Solid grasp of enterprise architecture and cloud-based infrastructures
• Demonstrated experience leading remote integration teams
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of data flows, system interoperability, and third-party API integration

Preferred:

• Certification in PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum Master
• Experience with DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cybersecurity principles in integration planning
