Key Responsibilities

🎯 Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • To build a diverse talent pipeline, utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and refine job descriptions for clarity and effectiveness.
  • Implement modern recruitment technologies and data-driven approaches to improve hiring efficiency.

📊 Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Prepare reports and insights to drive strategic hiring decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of hiring channels and strategies.

🤝 Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy

  • Champion equitable and unbiased hiring practices to promote a diverse candidate pool.
  • Develop and execute hiring initiatives aligned with the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

🔹 Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other platforms for strategic talent sourcing.
  • Analytical ability to interpret recruitment data and optimize hiring strategies.

🔹 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or Talent Acquisition certifications are an advantage.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or globally distributed workforce environment.
