Position Overview:
As the Remote Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship-building efforts.
    • Conduct initial outreach to candidates, providing them with an engaging overview of the company and the opportunities available.
  3. Interview and Selection Process:
    • Design and implement an effective interview process that assesses both technical skills and cultural fit.
    • Train hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices to ensure a fair and consistent selection process.
    • Facilitate interviews and coordinate feedback sessions to streamline decision-making.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Enhance the companyโ€™s employer brand through strategic messaging and social media presence.
    • Develop content that showcases the company culture, employee experiences, and career development opportunities.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create recruitment materials that reflect our values and mission.
  5. Metrics and Reporting:

  6. Onboarding and Candidate Experience:
    • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
    • Gather feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
  7. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
    • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, implementing strategies to attract diverse candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across multiple functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
