Key Responsibilities
Lead Talent Acquisition Strategies
- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for a portfolio of open roles across departments.
- Customize sourcing strategies and interview processes to align with team needs.
- Maintain close partnerships with HR, DEI, and departmental leads to align hiring with workforce planning.
Collaborate with Hiring Teams
- Facilitate inclusive kickoff meetings to calibrate expectations and ensure clarity.
