Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Management Coordinator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent across the organization. This position offers an opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with multiple departments to drive talent-related initiatives that align with organizational goals.

As a Talent Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the overall success of the talent management function. You will work closely with the HR team, managers, and other stakeholders to enhance talent strategies, maintain records, and support ongoing learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Support:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Post job openings on various job boards and career websites, ensuring consistent and engaging job descriptions.
    • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
    • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and timely updates.
    • Assist in conducting background checks and other pre-employment screenings as necessary.
    • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
  2. Employee Development & Retention:
    • Support the execution of learning and development programs, ensuring employees have access to relevant resources and training materials.
    • Assist in coordinating employee training schedules, workshops, and development initiatives, both in-person and virtually.
    • Track and maintain employee participation and progress in training programs, providing regular reports to management.
    • Collaborate with HR to identify career development opportunities and recommend talent development strategies that foster employee growth and retention.
    • Assist with the management of performance review cycles, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
  3. Talent Data & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of employee data, including performance, training, and engagement.
    • Prepare and distribute regular reports on talent management metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and development progress.
    • Identify and analyze trends in employee performance, engagement, and retention, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
  4. Employee Engagement & Communication:
    • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work culture, especially in a remote work environment.
    • Collaborate with managers and team leads to assess employee satisfaction and work-life balance, offering suggestions to improve morale and engagement.
    • Support internal communication initiatives related to talent management, ensuring employees are informed about company policies, opportunities, and resources.
    • Organize virtual team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and other engagement efforts.
  5. Administrative Support:
    • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and talent-related events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
    • Prepare and distribute documentation, forms, and other materials related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
    • Maintain an organized digital filing system for talent management documents, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A masterโ€™s degree or specialized certification in talent management, organizational development, or HR is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or talent management, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) is highly desired.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and managers at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and develop creative solutions to enhance the talent management process.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a remote team environment. A strong customer service orientation is key.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs and priorities, especially in a fast-paced and remote work setting.
